Edited: I decided the new legislation should be called
"I'm a cocksucker, and who cares." it has a much better ring than "Don't ask , Don't tell".

I can't help but notice that this is happening at the same time that ol' Bushie wants to increase the amount of soldier's in Iraq by 20,000. I think there'll be an even bigger push for recruitment. Do we even have 20,000 soldiers left to send?
